I'm guessing that there's a lot more to this. The hint is: "permanently relinquished his certification". NH has a lot of cops who've been convicted of various crimes who didn't lose their certification (which explains why own town had a police chief who still keeps trying to sue us years after we got rid of him).

I have a sneaking suspcion a lot more victim are going to come forward now, and it won't all be freelance-on-the-clock "photography".

(And yes, apparently he is keeping his pension.)

Gee. That sounds like official oppression. Reckon she could find a sharp-toothed legal barracuda to sue this moke under 18USC 1983? Since he was working for the City at the time she ought to be able to get them in on the fun. me? I'd find me a good shyster, offer him 75 cents on the dollar and say "Sic 'em!". Ought to string the barstid up by his balls with fine piano wire in a loop and let him hang till his balls fall off. Then they ought to sew up his wound and repeat the process with his little needle dick!!!
